Here it is. If a child's is born into a family of doctors, engineers, lawyers, scientist, etc. -they are 85% more likely to choose those particular career fields. Why? The reason is simple. We are a product of our environment. Our environment has many seen and unseen factors that push us in one direction or another. Education is a key indicator of any family's development and progress. We know that all families and communities are not created equal. Resources are not allocated in a even distribution. Having resources or the lack there of has specific implications in all communities. It dictates economic development and access to other privileges like nutrition, finance management, and career advancement. As important as education is to a career, if it is not achieved with foresight into long term goals it can have a negative impact on choice and opportunity. Alilm360 is designed to provide a comprehensive guide and path to a career and not just a job. We know that it is a stretch to talk with young people about their future and how what they do now will impact the rest of their life. We also know that to do nothing is unthinkable. Our children are worth the effort and the time to perform for them is now. Our children will compete in a global workplace where knowledge is currency. In preparation, we can't let them be taught in ignorance.
